Lightwell Architecture is a full-service architecture and interior design firm creating bespoke architecture that embraces the built and natural landscapes of the Rocky Mountains. We offer Architectural and Interior Design services that include feasibility, due diligence, entitlement, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction phase administration, interior design, and finish selection.
We seek inspiration from clients, nature, and the region’s vernacular architecture. Lightwell Architecture strives to create timeless, memorable, functional, awe-inspiring architecture.

Katherine and Chad Willis have practiced Architecture in Colorado, Washington, Montana, Alaska, Wyoming, Nevada, California, and Central America for over a combined 30 years. Both earning their Masters of Architecture degree from Montana State University in 2008.
Throughout their career, they have been committed to valuing their client’s needs above all while providing leadership in design for the built environment. Together they have experience with a wide range of project types including custom single-family residential, boutique commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects.
They work collaboratively as skilled architects with contractors to reach a consensus and resolve complexities in the field. They are committed to providing a high level of experience for each end user focusing on beauty, function, and comfort. The outcome is highly inspired bespoke architecture and spaces that enhance our client's daily lives.

Nolan Leber is a Registered Architect and graduate of the Knowlton School at The Ohio State University, where he received a Master's of Architecture after a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in City and Regional Planning.

Lexi Wilk, AIA

Lexi grew up on the East Coast, between Maryland and Virginia. She has always been a creative type and a critical thinker. Watching her parents manage a business building Custom Homes set her passion for architecture into motion. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech with a minor in Building Construction. Since moving to Colorado in 2019, Lexi has loved helping clients realize their dreams through drawings, and seeing her projects come to life.
In her free time, Lexi enjoys hiking with her husband and dog, traveling the world, and trying new restaurants.
